   • Is Tiki still be broadly used in shared hosting environments, or is that a rare exception, that does not need to be covered anymore?
   • Tiki 28 seems to fully require node.js now, aswell for VCS based installation and maintenance, as for the use of Composer. Most if not all shared hosting providers (at least with a not very expensive price range) do not provide node.js.
   • As the Packages feature relies on the Composer, this might implicate, that Tiki could potentially not be usable in shared hosting environments anymore in the near future, which could affect and push away many users, consultants and their customers.
   • We should talk about that issue and clarify, if that problem is existing, if yes, how to deal with it and if no, how the node.js-Composer dependency does not affect the use of Packages and maybe more features in shared hosting environments.
   • This todays topic is to identify if there is a potential problem and what scale it could be, not yet to discuss possible implications or solutions (cause 5 to 10 minutes).
